Ms. Eley brings 20 years of franchise experience, notably having scaled a concept from two family-owned stores into a national brand with over 350 locations. Most recently serving as President of a high-growth franchise organization, she led successful private equity-backed expansion efforts, systemized operations, and spearheaded innovation across technology, training, and support.
