Sogolytics this week introduced Custom Integrations, a workflow builder inside its enterprise experience management platform. It connects Sogolytics to thousands of applications, moves data both directions in the same flow, runs multi-step automations with conditional logic, and allows teams to integrate AI into any flow without extra engineering.
Enterprise CX and EX programs now run across crowded software stacks. A typical stack includes 80 or more SaaS applications spanning CRM, HRIS, warehouse, ticketing, and BI, and the connections between feedback and those systems are rarely a single hop. A request might pull an account from Salesforce, classify an open-text response with an AI model, branch on the result, push to several downstream systems, and notify the right team. No limited set of native integrations can fully support that workflow. Now, Sogolytics’ Custom Integrations gives teams a canvas to design the flow they need.
Time to value is the biggest change. Work that used to require an engineering project, a custom build on the Sogolytics REST API, or a separate automation platform can now be assembled inside Sogolytics by account administrators. Triggers, actions, lookups, conditions, loops, data mapping, JSON parsing, and scheduled API polling all live in one in-product builder, and a generic HTTP step covers anything not in the catalog. What used to take months to build now can be shipped in an afternoon.
Any workflow can pull in an AI step to classify, summarize, translate, route, or score open-text responses, and the result flows into the next step like any other field. Teams can swap in a different model later without rebuilding the workflow.
For enterprise teams, this changes the everyday work. A survey invite can pull the recipient's account tier, region, and CSM from the CRM before it sends, so every response lands pre-tagged and ready to route. A detractor response can open a ticket in the CRM, alert the account owner, and trigger a recovery play before the customer has closed the browser tab. An exit survey can update the HRIS, notify the people partner, and log the reason code without anyone copying fields between tabs. Feedback moves into the systems where work happens, and context from those systems flows back into Sogolytics so every response arrives with the metadata teams need to act on it.
Custom Integrations is now available to Sogolytics Enterprise customers, with rollout coordinated through each account's customer success manager. Learn more at https://www.sogolytics.com/automation-and-integration.
